Attended for fracture. We expected long waits, but on each occasion the progress from one procedure to another was extremely efficient, with very little waiting. Every single member of staff was helpful and extremely professional. The hospital should be exceptionally proud of its staff and services.

Couldn’t fault any of the staff I encountered during my wisdom teeth surgery, I was very nervous but made to feel very welcome and all of the staff were incredibly supportive. I am now on the road the recovery and very thankful to all of the team.

No worries at all about coming in for my surgery, Im a frequent flyer and have had surgery here, at Worcester and the Alex several times each. Staff are professional, friendly, caring and the place is clean and calm. Compared to other sites it clearly has my gold star for the place I feel most relaxed in when being treated. Big thanks to all staff involved in my care, you are brilliant, and it feels like you work as a team. I'd had hand surgery here too, back at end of November and got recognised as a regular!

Two days so far trying to contact childrens outpatients to make an appointment two days of leaving messages and ringing ringing ringing the phone being cut off after ten minutes it's ridiculous

I received a steroid injection at Kidderminster Treatment Centre. I would like to thank the staff in general from admissions on the ground floor through to the nurses and doctors who assisted me. They couldn't have been more helpful. I was well cared for at every step with patience and understanding. My best wishes to you all and may the NHS go from strength to strength.

I came to Kidderminster from hereford for a laparoscopy 16/05/2023. I can not fault all the staff that looked after me, from the hcas to the nurses and consultant. I was made to feel so relaxed and looked after so well. Infact I received the best care i have ever had. What a fabulous team they have. Please thank them for their hard work and making me feel at ease. Amazing hospital, with the best care. Thankyou again.
