    Zero for contactability. The nurses themselves said the main number may not be picked up so try the mobile. Tried all numbers, the mobile one very many times and its always busy. No way to see how patient is doing. On admission the staff didn't seem to know who the consultant would be looking after patient, so can't even contact that consultant directly.

    Sent an appoint by text that is not suitable. Called the given number to get through to a receptionist who put me through to the doctor's receptionist, the phone was never answered, it rang until it stopped. This is my first appointment that has taken a lot of effort to get. I am highly anxious having had awful experiences with CBT. I needed someone to answer to help with the anxiety, I may not call back.
