For a mental health ward, the staff are extremely unsupportive. None of them are helping my sister with her finances or setting up a bank account. I appreciate they are working hard with lots of patients, but this isn't the first time she and we have asked them for support.

I called to speak to my daughter who has just been recently admitted in the unit and I got cut off without any reason. It is bad enough that I can’t visit because of Covid but to be made to feel guilty for calling to speak to my daughter is really cruel. Now I feel like never calling again because every time I call and do t get to speak to her I feel the pain all over again. My heart is breaking already a little compassion or empathy wouldn’t go amis. I know it’s just a job to the staff but it is my child that is ill.
