I’m so grateful to the team at the Urgent Treatment Centre at War Memorial Gosport, I went in feeling like a had something in my eye that I couldn’t locate and it was sharp and scratchy and watering badly. Everyone from the receptionist was welcoming and sympathetic, the triage nurse was warm and humorous even after being on shift for 12 hours and the practitioner who sorted my eye out was kind, funny, sympathetic and really knowledgeable explaining everything to me about my eye injury (which turned out to be a significant corneal abrasion) and how best to help it heal. We really are lucky to have such a fantastic local service and I hope the team know how valued and appreciated they are.

Having lost footing whilst sailing and cutting the back of my arm on a bolt I needed to be brought to the hospital for a few stiches and tetanus! I have to say all of the staff I met were friendly, efficient and caring and should be proud of the service that they are delivering. From the receptionist, the triage nurse through to the the nurse and HCA that sorted me out they were all wonderful and professional. All healed up now with no issues and the neatest scar I've had so far...and I have a few! Thank you

I was treated by a nurse practioner who was thorough but gentle. It was recommended that I needed to attend the minor surgery unit at QA hospital and that was all arranged for me .I was given all the paperwork I required and when I got there they were expecting me. I could not have asked for a more efficient service between 2 departments. Everyone I had contact with today treated politely and respectfully. Well done to all.

I had to take my elderly brother who has Learning Disabilities to the Urgent Treatment Centre today, I can only say good things. He was well looked after, the staff were 1st class with him, they had patience and time for him, where as our own Drs refused to see him. I thank everyone who had time for him and I would certainly recommend this centre if you are in need of urgent treatment. Thank you

After being messed around by my GPS. I went to UTC for a x ray on long standing ankle injury. They found it to be broken and rather than sending me back to my GP. They looked into my injury and fitted me with a recovery boot. I have also been referred to virtual Fracture clinic at QA. Thank you all very much for superb experience. I was even offered a bottle of water while waiting

My daughter has a grumbling appendix and the war memorial refused to see her. She was told to go there before 9.30 by 111 which she did. She was refused to be seen by a rude lady claiming they had no room and no doctors. She is now waiting outside for 111 to call back. This is after a visit to QA last night who are extremely busy and told her to seek help if the pain worsens. Which she tried to do. Absolutely disgusting service with rude staff. Yes they're under pressure but manners cost nothing.
