I arrived early for my appointment just in case there were parking problems. There were not. The reception staff were very pleasant and professional. I was called for interview on time and was dealt with by a doctor and nurse, both of whom treated me with great courtesy and professionalism. The service I received was faultless. Thank you.

Elderly parents trying to contact to ask about MRI details have tried on multiple occasions. When calls were finally answered, they were put through to a department that answered and just put the phone down, four times. Sounded like the department was having a Christmas party. Only want to confirm the MRI appointment - disgraceful service.
