   When I rang to make an appointment the person who took my call was extremely kind and sympathetic with my problem .she said she couldn’t find any slots for today .she asked me to leave it with her and that she will call me back .within a few minutes she got back to me with an appointment.Very keen help me Excellent telephone manners
