   Horrible staff from the moment I walked in the building to the moment I left. The receptionist = "what you want" not even 'how can I help you' I needed to go to the first floor but you need a code for the lift and no one told me that and the staff just looked at me waiting for the lift. I got to the woad and a member of staff just looked at me and said "who you want" I asked to see my mother and staff said "round the corner" I get there and another staff member just told me "wait I'm busy" I didn't even say a word. A woman was so grumpy and said "sit there, I will be back" turns out is was the doctor. Staff are rude to patients and visitors, The cleaning didn't look like it was done as there was rubbish on the floor and even some sort of liquid and I got told "just walk round it" I will not recommend this place one bit to anyone even if it was the last care center on earth. In all honesty it looks like it is a place where patients will go and never leave unless it Is in a bag. Just horrible, horrible horrible Don't accept a offer here.
