Very happy to have received physio in your department. Lovely practitioner who really took great care to understand my needs after a shoulder fracture. My home treatment plan was very successful and I am pleased with my improvement. Good follow up, great attention to detail and friendly, caring treatment. Thank you.

I attended the MRI unit (I’m sorry I don’t know the name) on 19/11/22, I was very nervous and anxious and did not think I would be able to go through with the scan. The two doctors there (sorry I don’t know their names) were so lovely and made me feel totally at ease. They went out of their way to make sure I felt completely ok before they left the room, despite being busy! Thank you :-)

Visited dermatologist today, she was so helpful, clearly dedicated to being exact, professional and educating the patient on their condition. Felt like I was in very good hands. Thank you .

Unfortunately the wheelchairs available for outpatient use have a weight limit of 22 stone which made moving my wife through the hospital particularly difficult.

The Trust is currently trailing new wheelchairs at outpatient centres including bariatric wheelchairs with a higher weight limit. Subject to success of these trials, the trust will then be looking to purchase new wheelchairs across the trust for the suitability and comfort for all patients. Had a 9.30 appointment for a blood test today. Was in & out even before my allotted time. Staff very friendly & efficient. Great service!

Today I went for a blood test and fainted 3 times. I want to thank all the staff that looked after I was only with my daughter in pushchair she was moved and distracted by a lovely lady. While I was looked after by one of the nicest ladies I've ever met she put me at ease and made me feel safe. She made sure I didn't leave until I was well enough and even pushed me out to my husband car. I wish I'd had taken her name all I ask is that she is made aware how greatful I am.
