I had an appointment in Physiotherapy Department. It was my first visit in Christchurch Hospital. Overall , I was honoured to be there. I was welcomed by a nice Receptionist, when I checked in. She kindly guided me towards waiting area , cafe if needed. Physiotherapist was also extremely kind and supportive, doing his best in order to help me. I consider exceptional the experience I have had today , and I am extremely grateful for staff members ' professionalism and manners. Thank you.

My first appointment face to face, to finally start treatment for a quality-of-life destroying dermatitis outbreak, and I genuinely could not be happier. The two nurses, a head and a trainee, who performed my full-body cream application were amazing. Super friendly, incredibly helpful and kind, and made the entire treatment feel like a day at the spa - I haven’t felt this at ease or comfortable in literal years. Thank you. So much. I actually look forward to the next treatment!

My partner was transfered f in wating for an urgent operation via A nE for a cut to her lower finger.Her nurses where very caring, friendly & kept us upto date.Thanyou very much. S
