Visited the urgent treatment centre today with 14 yr old son with split lip after an accident in PE. Many thanks to triage team for their welcome and humour especially later in a very busy day, and to the trauma nurse for her care and detail in putting things back together again and putting my son at ease. CRCH what a fab team (and the ladies at reception) you have in the UTC.

Absolutely amazing!!! My son who has additional needs was in with breathing difficulties, the support he received, the understanding from all staff and the way they went out of their way to make him feel safe, comfortable and in control, was an absolute pleasure to experience. Bearing in mind the NHS staff are under extreme pressure, they still made my son have as pleasurable experience as possible. I really am truly grateful. Thank you.

Excellent minor injury department. Extremely efficient, caring staff from reception, triage nurse practitioner , imaging and doctor. Faultless.

An absolute godsend for people not close to Treliske, a shame it's not 24h. Hopefully it'll get the investment and extra staff it deserves in the future. My experience - in the Injury's unit - The staff were very friendly and caring. Thank You !

Superb. NHS 111 Clinician here. Rang service to arrange for an elderly patient to be seen and possibly X-rayed. 'Phone answered immediately by delightful lady, arrangements confirmed. Cornwall services are overwhelmed in the Summer months. Hard to believe how fast and professional these services are in spite of huge spikes in attendances. Surely a model for similarservices?

I attended the MIU as a visitor to Cornwall having been unable to visit a GP in the area or get any advice from my own GP practice. From start to finish my experience was one of professionalism, efficiency and extreme kindness and patience. The staff could not have been more helpful or sympathetic. The doctor who treated me was extremely thorough and included me in the diagnosis and decision making regarding treatment. It is a long time since I have been afforded such a positive experience in attendance at a hospital. Long may it continue.
