Up on holiday , had a fall called in had X-ray. Very pleasant Nurse Practitioner. Really sympathetic, thought leg not broken out on crutches. Two days later on way home got a call to say was broken. Referred to local hospital and sent X-rays onto them. Went above and beyond to help. Still in hospital 2 weeks later after operation to fix.

Extremely efficient service as usual and was out within the hour. Staff are amazing and really caring, We are very lucky to have this centre

Sunday morning injury with a deep finger wound from a Stihl saw. Processed at Buxton UTC so quickly and pleasantly then saw nurse who was amazing. Review won’t allow a name to be included but the nurse was calm reassuring efficient and skilled in putting me back together - NHS at its very best Nothing was too much trouble to sort out the damage in a caring and professional way. Thank you so much. I’d like to see I’ll be back but I will be more careful to avoid troubling you ! Thank you so much

I visited the Urgent Treatment Centre on Sunday evening and was very impressed. The Receptionist who booked me in was friendly and efficient and was sympathetic to my reason for being there and also the fact that I am new to the area and was visiting the hospital for the first time. The nurse I saw was equally friendly and efficient and was patient in dealing with my questions about the treatment he was proposing. Thank you to all concerned.

Following a clumsy fall on a hike, I hurt my wrist which required an xray. I can't compliment the team enough for my care today, the receptionist, radiologist and nursing staff were all kind, courteous, efficient and caring. I am very grateful for the excellent standard of care I received today. Many thanks and well done to the team.

I visited the hospital yesterday with a badly cut hand. The receptionist and the two nurses who I saw were fantastic. Very caring and totally professional. They were a credit to their profession. Two lovely people.
