    I'm referred by Addenbrookes, but - quite simply - all I got was a single text message with a number to call to make an appt. I must succeed within 3 weeks or I'm referred back to my own practice (!) The line is open Tue-Wed-Thur only between 10am and 4pm, and closes for lunch too 12:30-13:15. I lost count of how many calls I have made. 1. call but no agents free, call ends. Takes 4 minutes to reach this point 2. You are fourth in the.. third...second... in the queue. Then it rings... false hope. Goes to voicemail, the voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message. Call ends. 12 minutes to reach this point. 3. We are closed for training today. Please call back another day. There is no alternative way to reach them, the only communication has been the text message. I am deeply concerned about the likely treatment I might receive here and I am already suffering anxiety about the treatment in the first place.

    I have recently visited the Dynamic Health department within the Brookfield Hospital in Cambridge for a musculoskeletal pain. Unfortunately, I have only wasted my time. Four appointments where I have been barely examined and no detailed investigation has been carried out. I have only been given some exercises - it looks like this is all they end up doing. No scans, no treatments, just chatting and exercise demonstration. This practise is clearly too superficial and the feeling is that there is incompetence there. I am afraid to say that I am sceptical about maintaining such type of services.
