Very unprofessional staff especially the male aid workers. Treat patients with no respect and dignity. Spent three weeks in hospital and it was an absolute disaster. I was more depressed than I was.

I contacted Pals during a very traumatic time for my family. They didn't even reply. I was assured that family support was important to my relatives recovery but that is obviously a false statement, isolated and desperately worried about my loved one with No support or reassurance.
