Shout out to the excellent care and attention shown to my mom yesterday in the whole of the A&E department following a fall outside school hurting the whole of her left side and being unable to weight bear. She was seen and sent to X-ray very quickly and all of the staff took great care to make sure she was kept as comfortable as possible. We absolutely appreciate how very hard they all work and the pressure the staff are under, thank you to the whole team from both my mom and myself, you are all amazing

We presented at the A&E department after phoning 111 with our 2 year old who was experiencing a temperature, elevated heart rate and shallow breathing. Reception staff were fantastic upon arrival. We were triaged immediately by a lovely Sister who was very accommodating for our unwell toddler. We went straight through to resus where all staff were incredible in providing support to us and keeping us updated with results and time scales. The atmosphere was calm and staff were very friendly and made us feel at ease. Thank you for providing such a caring, nurturing and prompt response to us as family. We really appreciate everything you've done for us today.

I was looked after in ward 16 following a total knee replacement. The whole experience was so much better than I could have hoped and I would like to say thank you to all the excellent staff. I was contacted by occupational health prior to surgery, had a very efficient pre op appointment and now have a physio appointment arranged. Superb service. Thank you NHS

Attended the x ray unit, staff were caring, attentive, and very competent. Nothing was too much trouble the whole procedure was completed with the minimum of fuss and trouble. I was not looking forward to the procedure but the team made me fully at ease and I need not have concerned myself.

My wife underwent a hip replacement on 30th, November 2023 at Alexandra Hospital. The Consultant was highly professional explaining everything about the procedure and following the operation my wife is out of pain and recovering well. We could not have asked for a better service and the nursing staff were extremely kind and caring.

Staff doing CT scans were excptional, professional kind went out of their way to make the whole experience as easy as possible. Facilities poor, dark dismal everywhere looks old and tired!!! ooo

Long waiting times with every review clinic. Appalled that no one is taking initiative that with all data existing on waiting times to take measures to establish a continuous flow of service and prevent patients dissatisfaction and staff burn out. In this new age of working why NHS aid not evolving still stuck with traditional management ways to run service . Respect your patients time and identify your bottlenecks as that’s taking NHS down. Listen to feedback and improvise, identify the areas and learn new way of working. To be customer centric put customer at centre and that will also stop burn out of your staff and increase your retention rate.

From my arrival to a&e i was kept informed by staff about my condition i was offered plenty of warm and cold drinks. my bed area was clean. the staff were very professional in there manner, approach and how they were presented in their uniforms. they all introduced themselves. the care i received from the nursing and medical staff was exemplary. the team worked well together and were polite with each other. this is an area that any health professionals would wish to work in from what i could see from my short stay. well done to all the team in a&e i base this review on working as a ward manager and working for the nhs in a number of settings for 46 years .

I had an appointment today and was extremely nervous, from the moment I arrived the staff were exceptional, they made me relaxed and they had a very caring nature, as soon as I entered the examination room they put my mind to rest, I felt like I was in a private hospital the way they treated me and during and after care was lovely, thank you to all of you as I have been extremely worried about this procedure, thank you for my cup of tea and biscuit afterwards and the literature you sent me away with, thank you so much again
