My experience of this department is very negative. A total waste of time, and the "therapist" didn't bother to examine me. Since they didn't actually know what was causing my trouble, they did nothing, and told me I was making it up. I've since had to pay for private treatment, but because it has been so long since I first experienced difficulties, things are now more serious and it is affecting my daily life. I am concerned that there may be either a lack of experience or just a lack of interest. I am now disabled. I will not be seeking any future appointments with them.

We had an Easter visitor with a painful back. Spoke to 111 who offered them an appointment at 2pm on Easter Sunday at Sevenoaks Hospital Urgent Care Centre. The nurse and doctor gave our visitor time and care, diagnosed the problem as a broken rib and gave her the necessary painkillers when all the local pharmacies were closed. We wanted to say thank you for excellent service! It made our Easter and was very much appreciated.

What is the point of having a UTC if you sit there for hours with 1 doctor, I was sent because 111 was worried about my breathing and poss strep throat. 6 hours later and still 9 people in front... I left and went home....pointless, will now speak to gp

I started physio earlier this year and was in much pain with arthritis in my lower back and both hips. I was shown difficult excercises which at first I found painful to do now I’m much stronger thanks to my physio therapist. The pain doesn’t go but it eases it and I feel more mobile. Thank you

My daughter received therapy for her anxiety and has really helped her. I do feel that she does need more sessions, to help her with her confidence and to help her try to overcome her emotions and feelings.

Six sessions of physio for hip and legs: excellent to introduce me to a set of exercises I can do at home. Physio therapists advised on how to do exercises correctly and gave suggestions on ways to make some of the exercises a little more difficult if we wanted to push ourselves
