Took two days to transfer me from kings mill to Newark hospital then caused me to miss an mri scan that had been waited for for a year by not turning up. Now been waiting 1.5 days for transport home. Really poor and stressful.

  3. Review titled Outstanding care

    by DebsW15 - Posted on 27 October 2023

Having suffered another bad asthma attack called 999 and the ambulance service was with me within minutes and quickly taken into resus. Absolutely outstanding, I just can't thank them enough for their care, they were able to avoid me going to ICU eventually, moved onto ATC to monitor me and every single one of them are angels and I will again be forever grateful after 11 days in Bassetlaw Hospital.

The crew came out to me in the early hours. I had passed out and sustained a couple of injuries. They were very caring and professional, checking my blood pressure etc / talking me through things as they proceeded to do their job. I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me, I was extremely great full for your assistance. You’re all doing a great job.

  7. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The ambulance turned up unexpectedly (I hadn't called them). I only found out after they has gone why they had been called. Thank you for taking the time to check on my welfare - I feel somewhat guilty as you could have been helping someone else. I feel sure the two officers that attended would have offered me extra help and support had it been needed at the time they called.

  8. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mary - Posted on 19 August 2023

The team were excellent from the moment they arrived to the handover at A&E Northampton. I had found my husband unresponsive in the garden. I was so relieved by their attitude that he was in very capable hands. They were so efficient, kind and reassuring. I am most grateful to the whole team. Thank you.

I collapsed in Newark On Trent and an ambulance was called. It arrived really quickly and the care I got from the 2 paramedics right through to handover at Lincoln County Hospital was first class. I cannot praise them highly enough.

  10. Review titled Just amazing

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 15 August 2023

I received the call we all dread and my heart hurts. The patient didn’t make it but and it’s a big but you were all angels and i will never ever forget how you reassured me. You all went above and beyond and treated the patient as a present person rather than a passed one…. It may sound silly but I couldn’t have handled past tense at that moment. I think ppl assume emergency services just rescue, however it’s so much more. To me you are all angels and I am forever grateful of how you dealt with a very difficult situation. I just wanted to let you know I am so grateful of everything you do. Obviously all details need to be anonymous but if admin wanted to contact me for further feedback I would be happy to discuss in more depth. Bless you all x
