From start to finish I was sorted out quickly and nothing was a issue. I never normally phone up for my self first time in years, and I do phone up for my kids the same always a lovely visit even if your poorly ect

Dr very helpful with everything i asked about Sorted all my problems.could do with quicker appointment had to wait four weeks for mine. I think allmedical staff dr and nurses as. Well as reception.i was happy with srvice.

Dear patient Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review of our services. We do try hard to keep waiting times as short as possible but we appreciate the wait time can extend sometimes and I'm sorry for your wait on this occasion. This was exacerbated by the long Easter break. There is also a problem in general practice nationally in trying to recruit new staff to all areas of the practice and this can have a knock-on effect on waiting times. Fortunately we have been in discussions with potential new staff members recently and so this should help to improve waiting times. Thank you for letting us know your problems were dealt with at your appointment and we hope you are still keeping well. Weavers Medical

Happy with the plan of care.addressed all my concerns. Made me feel comfortable. General practitioner was listening to all my problems. The treatment given was helpful.

Was feeling worse through the day. Decided to to try and get appointment late afternoon. Receptionist very helpful and managed for me to see gp who were both stars

Although I had to wait 20 minutes for the appointment, the doctor was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I have no complaints whatsoever .
