    Today I received exceptional care, from the lovely care navigator to the very considerate GP I spoke to on the phone. There was time given for me to explain my problem, and a management plan discussed and agreed. I’m very lucky to be under this GP surgery.

We do as much as we can to constantly improve our services but there really is no substitute for the 'personal touch'. So much relies on faith that a patient has in the team in the practice so we hope everyone working at the practice has the 'human touch' you describe and set a great deal of store by this.     I was very apprehensive before my appointment the Dr put me at my ease and made talking about my problem and undergoing examination easier. Future appointments are required and hopefully the consultant will be as professional and considerate.

We recognise that it certainly can be daunting to have a medical consultation.     Partner just moved to new practice, first time using the Medical Centre. He needed a fit note, which we ordered online Weds night, they text Thursday night requesting we call on Friday 8am. Called at 8am, and by 9am we had a call from Doctor, fit note sorted, another call from colleague by 10am and prescription done and a two week time appointment made for us. Really impressed. Thank you so much

    Dear Mr Finch Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I'm happy that your experiences were positive which is something we try to ensure with all contacts to the practice. We realise it may have been difficult in the past to telephone the surgery. For this reason we encourage online contact but also put in a new telephone system with a call back feature and queue information. In addition to this we have lots of staff answering during the busiest periods of the morning so the queue does go down quickly.     Lots of treatments in a short time following cancer surgery and during chemo, all undertaken with professionalism, courtesy and good humour. Could not ask for better treatment from a friendly staff.

    I feel seeing a nurse is better I feel more comfortable you don’t feel rushed and get a good chat .with doctors I feel I am a inconvenient

    Dear JMs Brown Thank you very much time to leave us this review. We are very proud of our nursing team and it is clear you have had good interaction with them. Whilst everyone in the practice is busy however please don't feel that you are ever an inconvenience to the doctors. We have an enthusiastic and knowledgeable group of GPs who will do their best to help you if and when needed. Putting patients art their ease is clearly one of the most important skills a doctor can have and is something we do focus on during our regular training meetings. Please call and let us know if you do have problems however Many thanks Weavers Medical

    I came in to surgery for my results to speak to GP, I have always been happy with Weavers Doctors Surgery, very good support, I also went to Physio and could not fault the Gentleman I saw he was very helpful and knowledgeable he explained my problems thoroughly, as I was a bit unsure of how I could get help with this previously, thank you.

    I sent a message to the practice asking a question. The following day I received a message saying a face to face appointment had been made for me the following day. The GP I saw was lovely. At no time did I feel that I was wasting her time. The doctor apologised for keeping me waiting, even though I had been added as an extra patient. She had time to listen to my concerns. She arranged tests and, following the appointment she got in touch to ask me to make a further appointment to discuss the findings. I felt my concerns were being listened to and I was treated with compassion and respect the whole time. It is not the first time I have received first class service from this practice, so thank you, to every one of them, from receptionists to doctors. I so appreciate the care you give.

    Dear Ms Fisher, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are always trying to refine our processes as much as possible and it is good to know they have been effective. We realise booking appointments by telephone is not always convenient or necessary and messaging can be very useful for some people. We have a continuous process of staff training for the whole practice as well so we are hopeful your positive experienced can be relpicated for many more patients.

    I have received excellent care and service from Weavers during the past couple of months. (and still ongoing) In particular, the nurses have been amazing, so supportive and caring towards me during this period, as I recover from my surgery with many regular visits to see them. The receptionists too have been wonderful, with their help in booking me in for multiple appointments during this time. Indeed all staff, including Dr’s when needed, that I have encountered during this time have delivered a friendly, caring and professional service. My family and I are extremely grateful for this superb care.

Our nursing team is one which we are very proud of and we know they go the extra mile to ensure patient care is as good as it can be. The receptionists job can be very difficult and demanding and its good to know the system has worked well for you.     I have never had a problem with this surgery but after 21/2 hour trying to get through, to be told, I cannot make an appointment have wait for a call from another department to book one. I have never missed an appointment in the last 70year that I have been a patient.

Sometimes the practice can be very busy and that is usually the reason for taking time to speak to us. I'm assuming two and a half hours was the time taken to get a callback from us?
