    Had my blood taken by the nurses here, few times already. They are always very kind and attentive and try their best to make it pain free and make sure you are OK. Today the nurse has taken the blood in less than 5 minutes, very pain free, smooth, and my arm does not hurt like it hurts sometimes after some hospital blood taking services. Very pleased with the service.

    Voyager Family Health is a great surgery and the staff are so helpful. I saw the HCA who was excellent and had a very calming presence. The reception staff are also very friendly.

    It is very difficult to contact the surgery, and doctors often do not allow time for patients to answer the phone for a consultation, 1 ring in my case. I attended a physiotherapist appointment on the 15th June at Voyager F H and the therapist said he wanted an ultrasound of the arm before commencing treatment. By the 30th June I had no contact from the surgery and after several calls finally managed to get hold of a receptionist. She confirmed that an ultrasound was on my notes and as I was self employed and unable to work, she would note this and raise the priority. 23rd July, still no appointment advice or any form of follow-up communication from Voyager F H 5 weeks after the physio appointment.

    I had my cervical smear testing and just have to say how amazing the nurse was that performed the service. My 2 previous smear tests had been extremely painful which made me very anxious going in BUT she was incredible, listened to me, advised how we would proceed and it was completely pain free and quick - She restored my faith back into people that actually do care. Thank you

    I have been under the care of the nurses at Voyager Family Health for the last month. They have all been so friendly, kind and caring and never made me feel like a burden to them. They are a wonderful team, that do fantastic work and I can’t thank them enough.
