    Another month where they have not bothered to send my Repeat Prescription, even though requested over 2 working days ago - Last week issued me Penacillin when allergic to it and tried to say I never told them. Soon see how the medical board sees it

    Receptionists are rude they didnt let me book in my baby using the nhs number when other practices do it he wasnt even old enough to be registered and it was important ive now tried to register him and theyre taking forever so i still cant get him seen. Even when you get an appointment your waiting for ages before you get seen. I don’t recommend at all

    This Practice was welcoming. It was easy to use the online system to book an appointment as I found the website is super efficient. The appointment booking and texting service was very efficient and helpful. I was seen by a physician immediately and I really appreciated the prompt service with minimal waiting time. Staff were amazing, professional and very helpful in booking my next test and appointment. Clinician and the practitioner I saw were very caring and provided good advice, made prompt referrals and choice of options with management plan were offered. This Practice always sends me reminder text to re-book appointments for my long term conditions screening and review which is a brilliant service and helped me to keep on top of managing illness.

    Recently had a problem with my eye. Heard back a couple of hours after filling out the appointment form. My problem was resolved quickly and smoothly. Can't complain as everything went perfectly.

    I had another consultation with a GP today regarding an on-going problem. As always I was delighted with the quality of the advice and support I received, and by the pleasant way in which I was addressed. Knowing the pressures faced by the service, the work of the folks in this practice is inspirational.

    Really good GP, online service is great easy to use. Contacted through a call same day and if face to face needed you will get an appointment. Seen on time. Drs are nice and friendly, easy to speak to. Love how you can send videos or pictures of the issue and the 4 hour SLA is amazing. Other Drs need to follow this GP practice as its one of the best. Easy to get repeat prescriptions and appointments.

    I have always highly rated the service at this practice but the receptionist on 3rd May in the afternoon was so slow and I waited 20 minutes in the queue luckily I had a double appointment and the health care professional I was seeing rang me whilst still in the queue as I was late. I was seen but a patient further up in the queue was made to rebook. There needs to be more reception staff at busy times as wanted appointments are costly for both the practice and patients when it isn't their fault. I had excellent experience from the health care professional I saw. Please don't let poor reception spoil what is a good practice

    Dear Anon, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We welcome any comments that patients make, whether they be positive or negative. I am sorry that your experience wasn't all positive. We try and tailor the staffing levels to what we believe will our busiest times but sometimes, things intervene that mean we are not able to do this. We have short notice of staff absence but also recently, we have had a number of new members of the reception team who are learning an important but complex role.     I spoke with a GP yesterday concerning a swelling on my hand and was told to get back today if the swelling worsened and could be prescribed antibiotics. The problem worsened and I got in touch only to be told nobody could speak to me due to staff shortages. Being Friday today I now have to wait until at least Monday to get my problem addressed. Not happy.

    Dear Mr Gallagher, I appreciate you taking the time to leave the review. I can see that you were able to make an appointment on 9th February, first of all via telephone and then in person. We hope this resolved your issue on the day. We did experience a very high and unexpected absence rate of staff that day which was beyond our control. In these circumstances we will text our patients advising that if they have an urgent medical issue to either call 111 or attend an NHS walk-in centre.
