    I have had a good experience, the staff were friendly and sympathetic and I got through quickly and seen by a Doctor straight away. I did take my prescription to another dispensary, but that was fine I have transport and it worked well. Thank you.

    I’m absolutely shocked at how appalling this practice is. They have got my prescription wrong multiple times. I often have around an hour call wait time even during their non busy times. In instances I have actually driven to the practice and have seen receptionist chatting to each other while I’m still on hold waiting for someone to answer. I’ve tried to book my annual blood tests which receptionists will not do saying that I need a letter which they have never in the entire time I’ve been registered sent me. I feel being registered to this surgery is a risk to my health. It is absolutely appalling - I write this as I’m on the phone to them waiting for my call to be answered I’ve been on hold for nearly an hour desperately trying to book my annual blood tests which I tried to book a few days ago but they wouldn't do advising to wait for a letter which has not materialised This practice is shocking.

    No option to book an appointment. Same day appointments only and the only way you can get one is to call and wait in queue. Then when you eventually through after 45 minutes all appointments have gone. Dispensary can't cope. It would be laughable if it wasn't impacting on people's health and wellbeing.

    Thank you for your comments. We would like to advise that we offer telephone appointments each day bookable at 8am. We are also offering appointments to see a doctor which are bookable online with SystmOnline or the NHS App. If you do not have these you can apply for an online account by visiting our website www.billesdonsurgery.co.uk. Our dispensary is currently very short staffed due to sudden unforeseen staff sickness.

    Have to ring at 8am to try and get an appointment once through you’re told all 15 appointments are taken ring back tomorrow. Can’t get past the never ending questions by the receptionist who is the one that decides if you need a dr. Can’t get medication on line as they’ve been removed told they’ll be back on but I need to go back again to the surgery to get a code. I stood waiting 5 minutes to be spoken to but there were 4 members of staff sat in front of computers chatting and laughing. They have zero tolerance policy but they can be rude to you. Don’t waste your time just go to chemist . Drs however are extremely good IF you can see one
