Took more than two days of trials to book an appointment. First time, waited in the line for more than an hour to get a response that no appointments and call back next day. When called next day, they suggested going to A&E as they are closed in the afternoon. Finally on third time, managed to get an appointment but only a telephone appointment without any specific time mentioned. We had to stay close to the phone the entire day finally to receive the call at the end of day. Now other GP’s are not willing to register since we are already registered locally.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I joined the practice in January 2022 as their practice manager and would like to apologise for the issues you have faced in regards to getting an appointment. We have made changes to the appointment and telephone systems and I am hopeful that you have had a positive experience with the surgery if you have had the need to contact us again.
