    excellent in all respects. The telephone system is brilliant where you can request a call back to make your appointment and then a member of the reception staff will call you back to make the appointment. First class reception team, first class GP's

    Having waited 30 mins to get through to book a prescription review at their request, only to be met by a very rude and sarcastic receptionists who informed me they hadn’t got any more appointments and to ring back next week !! I explained that it had taken me 30 mins to get through and that I work full time so it wasn’t easy to just “call back next week “ to be told “ Doctors can’t help retiring and I work too” ! . I haven’t rung up to be insulted or to discuss doctors retirement arrangements, I would just like to book an appointment. Why can’t this practice offer solutions rather than problems . Terrible attitude which wouldn’t be tolerated in a business environment.

    Doctor tried to proscribe medication which they had recently taken me off because it was not doing anything. Secondly had lost or misplaced test results and I have not had any correspondence to say they have materialised so will have to try to book another appointment

    GP teleconsult: fantastic service - extremely knowledgeable, friendly helpful doctor who spent time explaining all the treatment options and helped me choose the best one for me. Highly recommended.

    The practice seems to have barricaded itself in against those they are meant to serve. Really difficult to actually contact the surgery despite the notices it can be contacted by phone, email or visit. The surgery appears to be doing everything it can to avoid patients. A very unhappy patient!!

    i left a letter on the 20/06/22 for a doctor to sign,i have dailey to see if it add been sighn,told i will be 27 days before its signed,i have rang constantly but still not sign, i have terminal cancer and trying to get my affairs in order, i donot know what to do next.
