The reception staff have been hugely supportive in trying to fit me in for an appointment when there were none available. The nurses I saw showed empathy and care and both Doctors I saw were helpful and knowledgeable. My prescription was directed straight to the local chemist and the care I received throughout has been very good.

Treated like a sensible adult during the appointment, and not like I was wasting anyone's time. Small wait for my appointment but nothing too inconvenient.

I feel we are under pressure I have my ninety year old mother living with me and it was a piece of mind having her checked over at quite short notice many thanks

He was attentive ,polite, and answered my queries in an informative way,and arranged for further tests to pinpoint the cause of my ailments

The doctor understood my situation and was very proactive about getting me sorted with an operation date and further tests. The ability to get an appointment so quickly is very good

The appointment booking was easy and the call back system saved me bring on hold. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, which I needed. Able to see a GP on the same day I called and also I was able to collect my prescription straight away from the nearest chemist

Nobody waiting, got booked in right away, sat in an empty waiting room for 2 mins until the doctor called me

Very thorough doctor at GP surgery. We had to wait a bit past appointment time. Doctor remembered things that my daughter has spoke to her about

Call back service was great to book an initial appointment, seen by the doctor on the same day and treatment given. Appointment was on time and very efficient, thank you!

Very kind, caring and informative. Unfortunately I had quite a wait but was informed of this on my arrival so I was prepared. Also the doctor apologised at the beginning of my appointment. Her mannerism was excellent being very patient and caring. What we would all like from our doctor.
