Easy to book, and check in. the doctor was clear and thorough, reassured me and provided me with some medication to help.

My appointment was on time and the doctor had a lovely manner. She has referred me to a specialist which I'm extremely grateful for. The doctor was extremely professional and dealt with my issues

I have never experienced such empathy from a doctors appointment before. After discussing my issues with the doctor and student doctor, I felt such a sense of relief, the positivity from the doctors that my issues can be sorted made me feel that someone has my back. Also, understanding why I am suffering with these issues has also made me feel so much better in myself.

The doctor was so lovely and understanding, nothing could have been done better. My appointment ran on time and the doctor was so kind and understanding. They listened to everything that I had to say and made me feel so at ease with any worries or concerns that I was having

Dr was lovely, despite running late ( it a criticism, it can't be helped) I didn't feel rushed. I felt I still had the time needed to deal with my problem. I didn't deal with the reception staff on this visit but I've always found them friendly and helpful.
