I have been a patient of this practice for 17 years. I have been happy with my care 99% of the time. I have found the doctors extremely knowledgeable and understanding. The reception staff have always been helpful. On one occasion even dealing with a problem after hours. I love the telephone triage , I usually can can get my problems sorted over the telephone but when needed I have attended later in the day. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff for their help especially under the difficult conditions of the past two years.

I tried calling the surgery on 11/05 at 2pm to be advised that the surgery was closed until 8.30 the following morning. Why was the phone system not working? It's bad enough trying to get through to the surgery at the best of time without it been unavailable when it should be open.

Hi Julie, this wasn't an issue with our phone system, the surgery was actually closed on the afternoon of May 11th for staff training. Most Doctors Surgeries throughout Sheffield were also closed. This was publicised on our Facebook page aswell as on our website Sothall.net If you have online access it may be worth following our Facebook page as surgery updates are always added.
