    Confusion over an appoinment time I had understood over the telephone and that logged on their sysyem, effectively meant I arrived 5 minutes 'late' rather than 5 minutes 'early'. I had to wait a furher 5 minutes to speak to the receptionist only to be told my appointment had been for 2.10pm not at 2.20pm. Due to this discrepancy, which should have amounted to no more than 5 rather than 10 minutes, the nurse refused to see me, this after I had waited for a further 25 mins. A blood pressure assessment takes only a few minutes. I have had surgery for a cranial bleed - so much for pateint care and consideration. This practice expresses no appropriate regard for a patient's clinical welfare.

    3000 words isn’t enough. Absolutely terrible. Can’t get an appointment. I was booked in an appointment for FIVE WEEKS TIME and when I got to the surgery they told me it was a call with a clinician. I have been sick for 2 months and not seen a dr once. Just a few calls when they just say got to a&e or go urgent care. Then we wonder why the hospitals are full
