    I have visited the surgery several times over the last few weeks on behalf of a close friend who is very ill .All the staff have been amazing and have done everything they possibly can to help. I was very unfortunate to witness a very rude and aggressive person at the reception yesterday the receptions staff were so professional calm and were a credit to the organisation. I have quite recently moved to this surgery I wasn't unhappy with my old surgery it was for convenience and location however it is amazing how more efficient this practice appears to be thank you.

    Repeat prescription denied - I need this in the next few days. The response from the surgery is “we will allow you to speak to us in 6 weeks”. Refuse to call me despite repeated requests. They then send (passive) aggressive messages without opportunity to reply. Incompetence or just stupidity? Debating a formal complaint so this may be removed if I follow up on this.

    09/05/2024 Rope Green Surgery Shavington Crewe. Nurse practitioner came out within a few hours of an email being submitted to diagnose and reassure my elderly Mum. Very thorough Very professional. Thank you

    I was meant to get a telephone call re my medicines on 21/05/24 at 4.15pm. I stayed in all afternoon but never got the expected call. At 6.15pm I tried to ring/leave a message but there was no facility to do so. Previous experience of telephone appointments with the surgery have been good so I am assuming this is unusual.

    The benefit of an online message service for me is that I can leave messages for non emergency issues outside of my working hours. For some idiotic reason you have switched off the service at exactly the time I need to use it. I'm happy to leave a message and have it picked up on Monday for my issue but now have to delay my commute on Monday morning to achieve the same result. I have an issue with a repeat prescription due to the bureaucratic incompetence of the NHS now frustrated by this poor online service. Set up an out of hours message and turn your email streams on out of hours

    Hello, I wish to formally record my thanks, appreciation and gratitude at the excellent care, attention and professional service , I received on 18 April following my error/ failure to request a Repeat Prescription for Digoxin in sufficient time to ensure continuity, as a direct consequence I ran out of tablets yesterday and I contacted the Surgery by telephone at approximately 11:40am - the Lady on Reception who took my call was very polite, caring and explained that she would try and get an ‘emergency’ prescription issued by one of the Doctors and it should be ready for collection today 19 April from Well Chemist attached to the Medical Centre. My Wife collected the Digoxin Tablets earlier today Unfortunately I am not too sure of the Lady’s name who took my call (@11:40 on Thursday 18 April ) , or know the name of the Doctor that authorised the ‘emergency’ prescription. But I would be very grateful if through this review/ message , the individuals that were involved could be identified and be made aware that I am immensely grateful for their kind assistance and effort spent correcting a situation/consequence of my error. At the same time, I apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused. Thank you Kind regards Peter Normansell

    I've had nothing but great experiences with this practice. I've never felt so listened to and cared about with any other GP. Reception staff are fab and friendly, and doctor took her time to listen to my concerns, then book me in for various tests to check all is ok, following up the same day to let me know she had completed the referrals. Nurse that did my blood test was so sweet and didn't make me feel bad for being afraid of blood tests. She did it quickly and without any fuss, so that was a huge bonus! Genuinely so thankful that I haven't been fobbed off. Can take a little while to get through on the phone but that's normal everywhere and the system lets you know where you're up to in the queue so not an issue! Thank you for caring about your patients.

    Had reason to call the surgery today. Once the receptionist got my name and I started to explain what my call was about, she spoke over me, with an answer and it was very clear she didn't have time to speak to me. I do understand how under pressure GP's surgeries are, but it is their job to do the best for their patients. I would also say, the above behaviour is very much dependent on the receptionist that answers the phone.

    Shambles of a practice, was a complete eye opener coming from Wrenbury to here. “Whats that, you are in pain and need your repeat prescription? We will see you next month at some point.” Didn’t tell me to book a face to face to get my prescription until I turned up 2 months after registering, I was only told to get 2 months prescriptions from my last GP. Was also told I would receive a letter when I am registered, which I never got. Was 13th in a queue on the phone so just went in. God help anyone who is really sick.

    Rang to chase a letter which was sent into the doctors 3 weeks ago which was urgent and have been passed pillar to post. Explaining this to the receptionist was hard as she kept talking over me. She stated that due to her being off tomorrow she couldn't do anything about it which isn't my issue as I know on the doctors EMIS system you can leave a specific member of staff a task to complete. This seemed to be a hassle for her. The Job in said letter is a 10 minute job and could have been done very quickly. This isn't the first time myself or a member of my family to have been met with hostility by this member of reception. Promising to call back or pass a message on. We will have to now use up an emergency appointment which we don't need to complete the task
