B12 injection was carried out professionally and on time. The only issue with this practice is that some of the admin staff need a course in customer service.

Practice has gotten much better now as we are able to get through to the phone, doctors call back when we have a telephone appointment and also much easier to get an appointment.

Impressed with doctors’ range of referrals - for series of blood tests, x-rays, MRI and ultrasound scans. It is reassuring to know that all possible medical problems are being investigated, leading to a sound diagnosis and potential treatment. I have every confidence in a thoroughly professional team. Thank you!

If patient satisfaction is a language, the deputy manager has mastered it. Always cheerful and never fails to step up. Whenever myself or our family face an issue I ask to speak with the practise manager and only on this particular occasion did I come to know the person I speak to is in actual fact the deputy manager the one who has always come to the rescue. Thank you for continuously taking ownership. You are a true asset to the practise.

It’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Spent 1 hour waiting on 3 occasions (so 3 hours in total) only to be cut off and not even get through. From previous experience the receptionists are rude and miserable. Some serious management overhaul needs to happen. They don’t even respond to e consults despite encouraging the use. Absolutely shambles of a place, it never used to be as despicable as it is now.

they don t help you with nothing, I am pregnant and i don t fell well. they don t answer for half day and when answered, they said to go online

The website is misleading, it’s states surgery opening hours 8am - 6.30pm and you can make appointments telephone, online or in person. I arrived at the surgery 7.45am to make same day appointment for my elderly relative. The door posters state same opening times. At 7.59am the receptionist opened the door and asked if I had an appointment. I replied no, I need to make an appointment. Receptionist was advised they don’t open their doors until 9am and I need to go home and call the surgery for appointment. I challenged this due to the website and door posters opening information but she wouldn’t concede and closed the door. I called the surgery telephone line and it kept disconnecting me, after 15 tries I got through at 8.30am. Later that day after my relative’s appointment I tried to book advance appointment for myself for hospital referrals but the receptionist advised advanced appointments are no longer offered. They only provide same day appointments and you have to call in the morning. This is pointless as the telephone lines are too busy. I despise this GP practice, if another GP practice opened I would switch my family and I believe a lot of people would switch.

cannot understand what is going on. Wanted a GP telephone call for feeling depressed. Rang at 8am, could not get through as engaged tone. Rang 4 times, still nothing. Called back at 9.30am. Got through, then rang non-stop. I started another call. Exactly the same. How can I get through, please?

I tried many times of phone appointment bt always beep ringing. I tried online appointment sometime before bt had only phone call from doctor. Many times waiting for blood test results for 3-5 weeks. M diabetic person it's tuff fir me to get appointment always

Unable to get appointment, record not being updated despite chasing several times. E-consultant cancelled or rejected as doctor/nurse make assumptions, often not checking patient records or after for further detail and leaving standardised responses. refusing standardise health check e.g. blood test even though you havent had one in over a year.
