So disappointed with this place, some of the doctors/nurses are kind but very hard to get there, to receive appointment, they only know to say “we don’t have any appointment today” in the morning at 9 o’clock, day by day… until you don’t go there at the practice, shout, exagerate, beg for help, attention… at the phone you don’t solve nothing! So dissatisfied!

I am a vulnerable patient and as such I am told to take the flu jab every winter. I booked an appointment online. One hour passes and I am still waiting. When I go to complain to the receptionist about this, she tells me I can only continue waiting, and that by talking to her, I am holding up the queue, despite her two colleagues being free. Was spoken to very rudely on top of the awful service.

I would just to thank the nurse that deals with my health issues. Over the years that l have attended the practice I have found her to be helpful and supportive. She always takes time to listen, and more importantly, she would always explain how to use my meditation, how they work, and the effects on my health, dietary advice etc. Much appreciated.

I have been here for more than 10 years and since then all of the doctors i have met have been kind and polite. I have never had a problem with this practice. I have had a doctor called dr henry as hes been my main doctor for a long time and has been giving me the right treatment for me to feel good. My children have came here and have has no complain

Was seen by my preferred doctor who has always provided fantastic care and timely follow up. He combines experience and willingness to listen and discuss, he is an excellent doctor. I seldom have to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive for my appointment. Support staff are helpful

There is a healing angel to be found in Oak Tree’s Asthma Clinic. This person is the personification of all that is great about the NHS. She is most attentive and listens carefully. Her diagnosis is highly professional and easily understandable. She is a woman who instills utmost confidence. Thank you, healing angel.

I normally see the same (a.s) doctor, who is 'the good doctor', as my doc is always in tune of my needs regards to my well being, health condition & issues. My doc, understands my sufferings & has a very high degree of empathy, whether it is my repeat prescription/s, health issues and/or none health issues e.g., admin concerns of mine, such as request for report etc, for which my doc takes a pragmatic approach at best of times, with logical thinking within reason/s; with conclusive clinical resolution/s.

Although we all know the importance of smear test, I've had smear test done here before, and the practice nurse was great very comforting, made me feel relax and explain everything and asked question and answered any question. However this time it was different practice nurse and its most concerning for me as she never asked me question and went straight into do my smear. This for me has raised alarm bells becuase it's not the 1st this practicenurse hasn't explained anything even with my children vaccine she never thought it was necessary to ask question, or explain side effect I've never had problem with reception team or GP or the other team member; always understanding and listen to my concerns, it's just with this particular practice nurse. Because she is not following basic nursing standards and someone from practice needs to look into it.

The Doctor was extremely professional, caring, understanding and listened to my concerns. He took time to help me with my health issues. Completely satisfied with Doctor and the support staff.
