This practice has updated procedures for appointments and I was extremely impressed with the telephone method of achieving a quick telephone response from reception for a telephone consultation appointment. The GP call was prompt and efficient. I was very pleased with today's experience.

Doctor was really helpful and patient while I took my daughter's temperature, and our prescription was waiting for us at the pharmacy.

I saw a doctor that was training yesterday, I first had a telephone consultant, then she want to see me in the surgery, she was very good, listen to all what is going on with me at the minute and has sent me off for further investigation.

The reception staff are always informative, helpful and they listen to their patients. The doctors have gone above and beyond. Can always get an appointment either by phone or via the app. Highly recommend this GP practice

There were no appointments left by the time I got through but my son really needed to see a doctor that day. The receptionist realised this and managed to squeeze him in at short notice, which was much appreciated. He was seen by the GP and 3 medical students who were very thorough and professional. I am always happy to see the surgery training and supporting medical students as experience is so valuable.

Very friendly and efficient reception staff and excellent appointment with GP, very thorough and professional, clearly explaining next steps and procedure of care.
