Every time the reception staff and the doctors go above and beyond to make sure that my children and I are in good health and ensure that we get the care we need, which is absolutely fantastic !!!!

Being diagnosed as per a telephone call,as having hernia from a photo of my groin. No advice given as to lifestyle or any other measures to deal with hernia. Referred for surgeon consultation, 18 weeks pus. Absolutely no information on my condition. Told if an emergency go to A and E. Not the duty of care I expected from a medical professional.

So, I've been chasing a referral appointment. The surgery states that they made a referral in March 2024, and I received a link to make an appointment, brilliant, I thought, but there are no live appointments. The information I received was to wait 6 weeks and If I do not hear anything, then to ask the surgery to re-refer. This I did in early May. and today, at the end of May, I found out they have not re-referred me. Total Shambles

I used the on line App o request a Drs opinion about a concern i had. I received a text back within an hour i was then called back by the GP within 3 hours and seens after the phone call within 10 minutes . Excellent service, could not ask for more personalised care.

Very annoyed once again at this practice, I received a phone call on 28/05/24 to say I will receive a call from the pharmacist regarding my medication on 1/06/24 at 10am I waited in for this very important phone call about my medication, Guess what no phone call received. I have high blood pressure and I think it is being caused by the incompetence of this practice.

I had an appointment at the Loughton Medical Centre today. I had been advised to go to the surgery about 7.50 am to book an appointment to see my doctor for today or I could have telephoned at 8.00 am when the appointments are released. I decided to go to the surgery in person. Doors opened at 8 am prompt and I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who took my details and notes of my problem. She said I would be triaged and receive a text message regarding an appointment. The text came in promptly and I received a telephone call at about 8.30am from Doctor Ding. We discussed my issues and agreed for me to pop down to see him in person at 10.30am to check out my problem. Was seen promptly at 10.30 by Doctor Ding who put my mind at rest after checking me thoroughly and talking me through my problem. Excellent service as always. When I hear from family and friends about the problems they have with their surgeries I realise how lucky I am. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service I receive from this surgery and the promptness of how my problems are dealt with especially in the current climate where we all know that the NHS are struggling. I would highly recommend this surgery and always find all the doctors that I see to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional especially Doctor Ding

Impossible to get an appointment. Told to call at 8am and cut off every time until the recorded message says all appointments are gone by 8.06am. Ended up having to go privately to discover I had an infection that needed immediate treatment. Even if you are lucky enough to be given an appointment, it's a telephone call and you are not given a time, and the person can't wait to get you off the phone. Last year, I ended up sobbing at work because I'd carried my phone into every meeting and every bathroom all day anxiously waiting for a call only to be completely dismissed, feeling that I had no access to any kind of healthcare. I've been at this surgery for the last 30 years or so, and the total lack of access to care this the biggest danger to my health out there. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking service - all appointments gone by 8.07am and then told to call back the next day! Was told today to call 111 if I wanted an appointment! Receptionists have zero empathy and cant wait to get you off the phone! The premises is very tied and in places there is infection control issues! I have today reregistered at another practice and could not believe the difference. I should have left along time ago!

My GP at this practice is always extremely thorough, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help make sure my family and I receive an exceptional level of care. The practice is definitely a busy one but the GPs are always responsive and work super hard. Thank you!
