Really friendly doctor who was lovely with my son and I. Gave me some good advice and reassurance. I would highly recommend kingsbridge medical practice to friends and family.

My experience was very good. The doctors were very helpful and polite. They couldn’t deal with my problem so they made an appointment for me with another doctor.

I couldn't make an appointment on the day as they were full so the receptionist sent a message to the 'on call ' doctor. Within half an hour she called back with an appointment later that day. We subsequently saw our GP who , as usual, was excellent.

Could not be seen at the practice but was seen by a GP at Bradwell very quickly. Advice received, sadly no X-ray as I hoped

Never had a problem with any appointments or staff I have dealt with.Always came up resolving a solution.Very good service.If I couldn’t get an face to face appointment I would always get at least a telephone conversation.

The doctor listened carefully and asked pertinent questions. He explained that whilst my symptoms could relate to various health issues, he wanted to rule out a relatively serious health issue first before investigating other possible causes.
