The receptionist nurses and doctors are all very nice and the practice is within five minutes of we’re I live so it’s very convenient for me being disabled

Very prompt and friendly service all round.The receptionists are very approachable and helpful. The booking in system informs you if the doctor is on time. The doctors are very friendly and very informative.

Easy and friendly doctors surgery, pleasant surrounding, all staff are attentive and professional. Glad to have this practice local to where I live.

I went to Kingsbridge Medical Practice to take back the blood pressure monitor and to have a blood test. The receptionist and the Phlebotomist was very polite and professional and I was half an hour too early for my blood test, but as soon as I had booked in on the monitor the Phlebotomist called me in and my blood test was sorted out straight away. Great Service.

Was seen on day I rang and medication prescribed . To elevate feeling of nauseas and dizziness . Also referral sent to balance clinic for assessment . Excellent service .

I had to wait 2 weeks for my first face to face GP consultation for a problem on my shoulder which ended with an X Ray. The next consultation was over the phone with a different GP who referred me to a physiotherapist in April.I am currently still in pain and feel the whole process has taken too long with no final conclusion.I am not confident of the current system due to the length of time it is taking.

I was not ‘a fan’ of this practice when I first joined however, it seems to have improved immensely over the last couple of years. I feel I have received, and I appreciate, the excellent service recently.
