Very professional doctors that listen attentively and strive to help with presenting problems . Although a very busy surgery; time was not an issue and all avenues/possibilities of finding a resolution was addressed.

I saw a GP for advice about a fairly serious operation. I was treated badly and was given no help, reassurance or medical insite . I was just told 'only god will know' When someone is scared , how is that of any help? Also on my notes she wrote she had gone through the procedure, it's risks and outcomes, that is a complete farce, she did no such thing at all. I love this surgery normally but this person had no bedside manner and really couldn't be bothered. I have a heart condition, she didn't even listen to it. Totally upset when I left.

The doctor listened to me and referred me to counselling .I felt that I was listened to but I don't know if counselling will help.As I have health issues from chronic illness it is difficult to decide what I should discuss as well as depression.

Really value the service and care given by GP practice. Particularly appreciate that I am able to have a reasonable two way discussion about health concerns and come away with a plan on how to go forward. At a time when there is so much negativity about GPS I'm pleased to give an excellent review from a personal perspective.

My appointment was on time and I was very happy with the treatment I was given. The practise was clean and tidy and all of the staff were efficient and frienfly. The Doctor was extremely attentive and allayed my concerns

With Dr Kenyon Snr. In1951. Always well looked after through 2 births, several illnesses and recently Cancer. My recent visit was for a cortisone injection without which I could not walk. Very successful.

My little one had his pre school boosters yesterday and the two nurses completing these were so friendly and approached it in a lovely manner. They put my mind and my son’s mind at rest and reassured us the whole way through. Thank you

From phoning to appointment it was 5 days. Wouldn’t say that’s great. But when my 88 year old dad did get to see the doctor the service was very good. The doctor asked me to make another appointment in early July as she wants to see my Dad again after the medication she has prescribed for 2 weeks. Went to reception and I couldn’t book as the dates didn’t go that far, not really sure what that means but it clearly needs addressing. I’m only doing what the doctor has asked me to do.
