Very positive meeting with the GP who remembered me from last visit. Excellent advice on current problem and made an immediate request for further investigation at Arrowe Park

Ran out of pills over Bank Hol weekend. Did online request Bank Hol Monday evening expecting to have to wait 2 days for prescription. Added comment to say had run out. Went to pharmacy to see if could get some to tide me over and was told prescription there already. Fantastic care and service from everyone involved. Always try to help. Great doctors practice and lovely caring staff.

Had a great experience with a blood test. Received a text to book an appointment, then follow up with the results. Really useful. Staff were great. Saw Nurse for results. Very professional and helpful.

We all appreciate how hard Gp practices are working and although it’s not always straightforward to get an appointment when it’s urgent we have always been fitted in. Our experience today was with the practice nurse who was helpful and informative. She was patient with my teenage daughter who was having vaccinations for holidays.

I have found all the staff and Drs very helpful and friendly, reception always try to help with appointments. I received a call today from the practice with some results, her call was on time, everything had been checked and explained which put my mind at rest.

Very caring receptionist managed to fit me in for an afternoon appointment. V short wait then saw ANP. Very thorough exam and discussion. I did not feel rushed. Positive outcome and got antibiotics and excellent advice on how to manage care for next few weeks. Excellent practice as always

I started the request process through patches, received an efficient response and was given an appointment within a few weeks. The advanced nurse practitioner was very welcoming and understanding.

Managed to get an appointment today with the Anp for my daughter . We were Seen on time , lyndsey listened , asked relevant questions in a kind caring manner and explained things to my daughter and I . My daughter left the consultation feeling happier.

Both times my husband has seen the APN nurse she has been extremely helpful, explained results of tests very clearly and made positive recommendations as to ways forward that have led to further tests. We should also like to record how impressed we have been by the efficiency of all the staff from the courteous and helpful reception staff to the nurses and doctors.

I had an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner yesterday which left me feeling extremely positive about a solution to my health issues. She was very thorough in her questions and treated me showing empathy and interest. I was feeling really awful, in pain and anxious. The ANP made another appointment for me within a fortnight, prescribed a treatment regime which is already giving me relief. I could not have had a more positive visit and left feeling that I could really achieve some relief from my problem. It really was a very positive meeting and is greatly appreciated. Thanks you ANP, I look forward to our next meeting in 2 weeks.
