Had an appointment this morning with the nurse. Didn’t have to wait was called in exactly on my appointment time. She was very thorough, made me feel at ease, asked if I had and questions. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Yesterday at 1023 I emailed to cancel an appointment and request meds. I received a reply with both matters having been actioned at 1033. A very impressive response. Thank you.

Used Patches online tool to request consultation. Text response to acknowledge request followed by phone call to offer face to face consultation a few days later. GP surgery running a little late but only 15-20 minutes or so. GP did not rush me and had plenty of time for discussion and physical examination. Overall a very positive experience.

Caring and always do their best to give a great service all the staff are friendly and care about the patients and their wellbeing My recent diabetes telephone review was very thorough and constructive and helpful in identifying solutions to the problem

The receptionists are always friendly. Using patches works OK but you do need to apply early with your message though Your request is triaged. I was seen and treated the same day which I must admit was a surprise Doctor was kind and helpful

Having recently moved from Scotland to Hoylake, I signed on with the Hoylake and Meols Medical Centre. Not realising how long it took to obtain records from a different NHS, I left it far too late to request my Repeat Prescription from Hoylake and Meols, as I was going on holiday shortly and would run out of my medication while I was on holiday. However, the team was brilliant in contacting the old practice in Scotland, prescribing the correct medication, and allowing me to collect it from the Pharmacy in time to go on holiday, which otherwise I would have to had cut short. Full Marks.

The receptionist, went out of her way to help us with our appointment. The doctor listened to all our concerns and she is taking action for our daughter to get to the bottom of her abdominal issue, a lovely doctor.

Today I saw Advanced Nurse Practitioner who I have seen before, i find she really listens to my problems she understands what I am trying to explain to her and she really does do everything in her ability to help me. I leave her surgery knowing I am in good hands. A wonderful addition to the surgery.
