    Repeat medication I request, is sometimes not supplied and I am never told why. If I tell them that a particular medication is not available, they still order it and I am left having to find an alternative myself. I need urgent treatment for a suspected cancer and they have been good at quickly organising scans, but they have got themselves very confused and have requested duplicates. Information about tests is not made available online and, in the absence of this and any communication from a GP, I believe I need an urgent biopsy, but no one seems to listen. I just don't feel that anyone is taking any real interest in my treatment and, because my treatment is being tossed between different GP's, who don't have time to read the full facts, a lot of confusion is arising and possible mistakes are being made. I feel completely left out of any discussions about my treatment and worried that my cancer might spread before treatment.

    I experienced excellent help from the staff on reception today-thank you. I was able to sort out my prescription quickly at another local pharmacy. As ever, doctor & reception staff helpful, courteous & accessible.

    Fantastic experience on arrival I was feeling nervous but was soon put at ease as the staff,Nurses and consultant we’re lovely would definitely recommend this clinic

    I just want to put a word in for the receptionists having seen a few unflattering reviews saying they are rude. We have been patients from when the practice first opened and have found the ladies on reception to be extremely helpful & kind. One of them went above & beyond during covid to help us when the practice was under pressure and we were distressed. Our experience has only ever been positive where the receptionists are concerned.

    I have been part of the practice since young. I went to pick up my repeat prescription today. Which I have been receiving for the last 4 years where I always go to the desk to ask and then walk over to boots to pick up. Where I was very rudely greeted by a elderly lady who shouted no to me. With no explanation it was only the lady next to her who kindly explained it was now paperless which is all she needed to say and just say to walk over to boots there was no need and I was very upset how she made me feel and humiliated. I’m only a young 24 year old girl and the way she spoke to me for someone who is first in call on the desk should not be someone who works for the NHS. Not professional

    Have been with Holbrook for over twenty years, all ways very pleased with every thing they do Doctors ,nurses and staff. The only thing is up until they changed over to the American system of Patients be able to check themselves on medical records has gone bad its quite useless now and very had to read or understand.

    People generally never praise people. We always seem to criticise. Holbrook are brilliant. From getting an appointment (usually the same day), to be referred quickly to other departments to getting results. Even the online app is good. Thank you Holbrook and all the staff especially with everything that has been going on over the last 2 years. Even had a face to face appointment when needed (I know many people who seem to really struggle to see their doctor)

    My family and I have been patients at Holbrook for over 20 years. I absolutely cannot fault them. They are responsive, caring and efficient. I can always get an appointment within a realistic timeframe when I call without having to wait endlessly on the phone. I would highly recommend them.

    My husband and I approached the surgery today having newly moved into the area. The receptionist claimed that we were outside the surgery's catchment area even though we are in Warnham which we had ascertained is clearly inside. The information which she claimed to be consulting was kept obscured from us, so we had no way of checking whether this information was correct. She 'checked with her boss', presumably the practice manager. We were not paid the courtesy of being given any names or credentials. After this treatment we concluded that we would prefer to join a surgery with more respect for prospective patients.
