Can't fault nurse's care, there doing fantastic jobs bless them. Think we should start having face to face consultations with doctors

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to leave praise for the nurses. Thank you for acknowledging that they are providing a great service. We are currently offering both telephone and face to face appointments at the Practice with all clinicians, which includes GPs. However many appointments can be discussed and treated over the telephone. This is why in the first instance telephone appointments are offered and then the clinician can decide if a patients needs to attend the surgery. I hope this explanation if helpful. Although it can be difficult to get through to the doctors on the phone, I find that the nurses, doctors & receptionists at this practice are very caring, kind & polite. They will help where they can but they are under alot of pressure, I found that they don't rush you when you have an appointment & they genuinely listen to you. So keep doing what you're doing guys.

I visited this practice and all staff were helpful, this is second time in a month and all staff were very professional and understanding. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
