Had treatment for my leg scars following cellulitis. The HCA gave great advice and support and made me feel confident in managing my condition. Despite being seen by 4 doctors and 5 nurses at various times during suffering with cellulitis, the HCA made me feel I was being listened to better, getting better clinical support and could trust in her obvious competence.

I have had several dealings with the surgery over the previous 2 week, each time I have been treated with respect, dignity and have been fully cared for. A telephone consultation has been followed up with a face to face appointment where required and all calls have been returned when promised. The admin team have also gone over and above to help.

Finally got to the bottom of my child’s health, low folic acid so I am extremely grateful and happy that the doctor sent for bloods and now prescribing medication. Thank you

I attended a surgery appointment today and was delighted at the service I received ! The doctor was understanding and listened to what I had to say. The doctor was very polite and explained the possible options I could take. I introduced another small worry i had regarding a mole. The reaction was superb and I am happy to say the options were once again perfect. It’s good to get theses types of service when the NHS is under so much pressure.

Phoned today for a face to face consultation and was offered one for 2pm. Saw a doctor and was prescribed steroids and antibiotics and was told if no better in 2 weeks to go back.

I normally get the same lady when I call up and she’s brilliant always very polite and very helpful I do see the same 2 doctors and there brilliant I had a stand in doctor last phone consultation and he was also brilliant and was very helpful all the nurses are lovey my experience with this gp practice is amazing I can’t fault the doctors and nurses there doing a brilliant job Thankyou for looking after me

Once again unable to get a telephone apt instructed to do e consult. Message received doctor will be in contact by 18:30 21/09/2022. Low and behold no telephone, email or text. Still awaiting a call. Currently on hold to surgery and over 30 in the queue.

During appointment gp very good at listening. Also asking questions to decide on treatment, going through meds and test results and making plans for future treatment. Felt at ease to ask anything knowing I would get honest answers.
