Everybody works hard to provide best possible service I have been with this practice for long time never had any issues always given me best possible appointment and looked after me and made me feel always welcome and cared. I think this is the best practice what I hear from other people their experience so well done

Always the receptionists are helpful and appointments are available. Doctors and nurses do everything they can to help. Referrals if required are promptly requested. All follow up requirements are delt with in an equally effective way. A delightful practice to belong to.

Very much impressed as this was my first interaction with the GP and the practice. Everyone is very helpful and sympathetic and easily approachable. Much better than my previous GP practice.

Excellent practice, excellent staff, very professional. I like the changes they have made lately by adding extra professional staff eg; physiotherapist. I was seen in a couple of days instead of waiting for 6months to see someone at the hospital .

Absolutely terrible and gone down hill big time! Was meant to have a telephone consultation about an ear infection at 12:00pm. That came and went. Waited till 3pm onwards and nothing. I rang the GP practice and told them I was due a phone call today at 12pm and still had nothing. The receptionist informed me I’m due for a phone call as I’m still on the list. Now providing this and the fact the GP shuts at 6:30 on a Tuesday evening, I’m not impressed with this let alone as I’ve had no phone call at all! Absolutely disgusted with this practice and the GP who I see as well. I will not be in contact with them again as I will be using a private practice from now on and at this rate.

I used eConsult to request help with an eye infection. The GP responded within 2 hrs with advice and a prescription for medication, which I was able to collect within the hour. A very impressive response in these difficult times.

The reception staff here I believe, are the difference between a good surgery and an exceptional one. Poor health cannot always be helped, but when in an unfortunate situation with your health, to be greeted and helped by empathetic individuals whom appear to genuinely care about you can really restore your faith. Nothing is too much trouble, there doesn’t seem to be any judgment at all, unlike what I’ve experienced at other surgeries, and they truly make what you are having to go through just that little bit easier. Thank you so much to the lovely reception and telephone staff, all your hard work is very much noticed and appreciated, you are a credit to the surgery!
