The GP's, HCA's, the 'office' and receptionists are all very capable, and v importantly, work really well as a Team... that is very reassuring ! They were very flexible when Lockdown came, and it was almost like business as usual even though maybe some of the staff wouldn't have seen anything like it ?! Different class. Thank you.

Great service when ever I have had to visit the Practice with the Receptionists also Health Care Assistants and our GPS have been with them for Many Many Years and would not change my Practice Thankyou.

Had a blood test recently. My appointment was on time. The practice nurse was welcoming, kind & reassuring & a real credit to her profession. I have always been pleased with the service at the Greenway Practice & would rate it as exceptional.

My wife and I returned from holiday and experienced recurring problems. We were seen wither same day! Where else in Bristol could you get this service? We have great confidence in our GP who is extremely conscientious.

I had an appointment very quickly. Although I had one problem my doctor noticed another and prescribed for that issue. I was able to discuss another ongoing problem and other tablets. All issues dealt with easily and efficiently. I felt my doctor really cared about my ongoing health problems. A big thank you.

Always helpful friendly and cheerful. My GP is brilliant willing to listen doesn’t rush you and is understanding. Hardly ever runs late couldn’t ask for a better practice
