I like how quickly I got online access to my medical records, I was able to request my medication straight on the app and it was ready to collect the next day from the pharmacy. This is so much easier!!

I had an appointment with the Dr and had a good experiance. I felt heard and respected. I got treatment and the Dr was kind enough to book me for a follow up appointment.

I want to say thank you to the nurse. She saw me for a smear test but could see I was feeling unwell. She took my blood pressure and advised on what i need to do next. Helped me book an appointment and made sure I was ok before i left.

I came on the live chat and the service i got was great. I was able to book an appointment but further more express how i felt with no judgment. The person on the other end was very caring and made me feel better about the process of my appointment.
