Hi, I had a transfer of care letter from the hospital dated November 2023, the letter has not been read nor has any action been taken till I sent an eConsult message. Despite my message and a call to the GP office, nothing happened, and after more than a week still no progress. Avoid this GP like the plague, they are incompetent, careless, and on top of that have arrogant attitudes. Asking me over the phone with a very condescending tone and I quote here " Do you want us to help you or do you want to go private?" It's appalling, and shameful for a public care provider to treat customers this way. Disgrace!!

I would like to say a big thank you to the reception team for always being helpful and going that extra mile for support, they chased the hospital for me to rebook an appointment when I couldn't do it myself.

I like the online consultation form, I was able to request a telephone appointment as I work crazy hours. They fit the appointment around my schedule without any hassle and I was able to get medication for my problem on the same day.

The automated telephone handler system has drastically reduced waiting times. It's so refreshing to be able to get through quickly without the endless hold music!

The receptionist helped me booking a blood test but went further and checked if i needed anything else she also booked me a telephone call for a medication review as she could see i was due.

The 24/7 online consultations are a game-changer, especially for someone with a busy schedule like mine. I can get medical advice at any time, which is incredibly convenient and reduces stress around health issues

Reception team are always smiling and willing to help. I am not tech savvy and the reception team showed me how to fill out the online form.
