I have been attending Fireclay Health for a number of years and have always found them to be a very efficient and helpful practice, despite the challenges they inevitably faced during the pandemic. In the last 2 years I have had regular appointments with a GP for ongoing health issues. I felt like I was being listened to and taken seriously, which made me feel supported and heard. The GP consistently supported me through various changes to medication and referrals which have ultimately lead me to learn more about my condition and gain confidence in moving forward with it more positively. Above all I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

My 10 year old daughter had ear ache I called at 8am Was called back by 845 She was seen and treated by 915 We couldn’t ask for better care The doctor who saw her was kind and personable Thank you so much

I have called this surgery everyday for a week now and the lines are always busy, never waste your time on them. you won’t get any help

We are sorry you have been struggling to reach us. Following recent feedback from our patients we have made changes to our phone system to increase incoming call capacity and add a queue facility. We have also employed 3 new Patient Navigators, who are currently in training to help answer calls. If you have the NHS app you can also book appointments on line, new GP appts are released each morning. Kind Regards M Hartman Practice Manager

I have been having a lot of issues since I got COVID. The practice receptionists, HCA have been very accommodating. Some of doctors listen. I appreciate their help during this very difficult time.
