I have been with this practice for many years. Its run by a wonderful GP who specialises in sports injuries, who has been there ever since I joined, along with his team of dedicated staff. Although my most recent appointment was non urgent I was still seen promptly within 2 weeks. I could have been seen earlier at a nearby practice but preferred to be seen by familiar clinicians. The clinician also took a blood sample at my appointment, so as to get it off for testing that evening, a procedure normally carried out by the nurse at a later appointment. Given the difficulties faced by the NHS at the moment, along with the multifaceted health issues presented by the demographics of the area in which I live, this practice has risen to the challenges and continues to provide the excellent service I have become used to over the years.

Every thing about the treatment was very well organized from the original booking to the treatment. From the booking to the receptionist and then to the doctor everything was very well organized.

On the day of my appointment I was made very welcome, and I was fully explained what procedure they was going to do.I felt very relaxed after they explained everything and the two nurses was very professional and I would recommend the practice as excellent.

In the past, when I seen the Dr about my cyst that was quite large on my head, I was told to leave it be and not willing to discuss further. This made me feel sad, as I was really self conscious of it as it interfered with every day life. However a sort while ago I saw a really good Dr about my other problems as together it getting too much for me to bare and I was told about this clinic that was local. I got an appointment right away with little effort and I was in and out very quickly. I am happy with the appearance after the removal and everything was explained clearly. I looking forward to when fully healed and the stitches removed.

I arrived and was taken to the room within 5 minutes, The surgeon and her assistant was exceptional very polite and made me at ease and it was all.done in less then 10 minutes.

I was so nervous for the minor surgery that I completely forgot the nurses names but they were so nice and patient with me. I asked so many questions and they answered in a really nice and calm tone that helped me out. One of the nurses let me hold her hand and it was so sweet of her to give me a super brave chocolate coin. So pleased I’ve trusted them them.
