    The doctors are very nice, they gave my daughter an excellent treatment to make her recover soon. Also, the booking system is very easy to use, after booking on the website GP called back very soon and confirm the appointment with SMS. This is an excellent practice. Thanks Cheadle Medical GP.

    I got an appointment the same Day and the Doctor was excellent listened to me and this helped me to feel calm. She did lots of test on the day. Results were back next day. New appointment made on line for next week to discuss result

    Dear Leo, thanks for your positive words and taking the time to give us feedback. We've come a long way in the last 12 months, and now offer an appointment (if needed) within 2 weeks in 97% of cases. However, we would love to reduce this waiting time and are continually looking into ways to increase the proportion from 97%, and reduce the amount of time needed to wait. I'm glad to hear you had a good experience with the doctor and we'll pass this feedback onto the team!

    The new appointment system is a bit random as to when and where you get an appointment. What is certain is that it is now impossible to see the same doctor twice even if they suggest you come back to see them. The waiting area is very shabby and it gives the impression of the surgery being run down.

    Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel you have lost continuity of care, it is not always possible for us to book you with the same doctor and maintain timely care. There is the option for you to request the same doctor and wherever possible we will try to make this happen. In regard to the waiting areas this is something we are actively working on renovating.

    Recently seen by a consultant at Wythenshawe. He informed the GP service of medication apparently appropriate to my condition. Visited the Pharmacy (who also gave me my flu jab without any hassle). four times. The prescription had not been sent. I would not be able to take it anyway because I had not had a blood test. I had a message from the practice telling me that on 28/12/2023 I had been started on these meds and that I would need a further blood test in three months.. I have since returned to Wythenshawe for a full scan and today being 18/01/2924. I will see my consultant again on 05/03/2024 to discuss the findings and in the meantime, I should Liaise with my GP (who is that?) to discuss the implications of the new meds( which I do not have yet and am not sure that they will benefit me). The Pharmacist advised me to "Drop in" to the Surgery, to find out what was going on. The receptionist, friendly and helpful though she was sort of felt that the consultant was in error until I showed her the text from the surgery. She was going to"Send it upstairs". Is this a euphanism? Should I pay privately for a full diagnosis and bring this back to the NHS?

    I was found a last minute appointment on a Friday and I was so pleased about that, as I was concerned my Earache would worsen and I would need to go to A&E as happened once before. I was seen promptly on arrival at the Surgery and after an examination I was given some ear spray. Very efficient and effective, really pleased with everything, I think this Surgery has changed so much and I for one appreciate all the many Improvements that have been made.

    After trying to get an appointment back in November and being pointed towards a pharmacy, which I stipulated I didn't want. My problem I needed the appointment for had got dramatically worse. After filling in the online form,and including a photo. I first got a phone consultation then an appointment. It was a shame that the poor doctor had to listen to an every growing list of ailments in one appointment as I've been unable to secure any over the last few months. I received the medication I required back in November so fingers crossed this should now sort my problems.

    Did an online request for an appointment heard back within an hr then got a telephone call within 2 hrs with an appointment for the next day, this is definitely a better service
