    I needed to visit the doctor twice in one week for different reasons and was given appointments very quickly after filling in the online request.

    Filled in form on line which at my age is confusing. Sent photos which my son had to up load, then got a text saying medication was at chemist. Went to collect at chemist, same medication as before that didn't work phoned practice, spoke to doctor and was asked to come in. Doctor very good. Got different cream. Why couldn't they do that first time

    I went to Cheadle Med. After a extensive examination my doctor decided l need to o to Stepping Hill A & E I am now in middle of treatment.

    Was seen with care.went in to have my tinnitus checked because I have pressure in my ear, the doctor has recommended that I visit ENT at Stockport.happy with outcome

    I needed to see a doctor. The doctor was very abrupt, dismissive of my problem quite obstructive and generally a very unpleasant experience, that left me feeling quite un-nerved. It doesn't cost anything to be kind and considerate and respectful. The reception lady on the other hand was friendly and approachable.

    Seen same day. Dr very pleasant and approachable. Listened. Discussed treatments. Referred me on to a specialist, letter sent same day. Very happy with my appointment. (No Reception staff seen to ask a question)

    Dear patient, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I'm glad the doctor was approachable and made this a pleasant experience! I'm not sure who you saw so can't pass the specific feedback on, but will keep this as part of our team feedback. With regards the waiting room/corridors, we've had this feedback from other patients too and we're looking into plans to try and freshen things up (particularly on the first floor).

    Pathetic system Put my sons details in and condition and was sent a YouTube link. How condescending and annoying. Then Had to re-enter his information and then I got an appointment. Pathetic. Doesn’t take 5 mins. Takes half a day.

    Dear patient, I'm sorry you felt the messaging you received from us was inappropriate. We send videos in response to some queries to help in situations where a quick and easy answer can resolve the issue, and when an appointment is needed, it helps the GP and patient make the most of the time available. I can reassure you that there is always an option to continue and get medical help for your problem if you still need it. Not everyone is knowledgable about medical conditions, so if the videos can help answer some questions in advance, it helps us have enough appointments for those who need them most. I'm sorry that you felt this was a poor experience, I can reassure you that the practice is available throughout the day and any follow-up questions we ask are relatively short and usually quick and easy to complete. If you need any support to access our services, you can contact the practice directly for advice.

    The doctors are very nice, they gave my daughter an excellent treatment to make her recover soon. Also, the booking system is very easy to use, after booking on the website GP called back very soon and confirm the appointment with SMS. This is an excellent practice. Thanks Cheadle Medical GP.
