I am always made to feel at ease when I see the person I saw this morning. She is friendly and helpful,explaining what my bloods would be tested for and what happens next My review is based on my experience with the person I saw today

The nurse completely put me at ease. She chatted and came across very confident and professional. She explained the procedure and carried it out swiftly and professionally.

My nurse practitioner was friendly, efficient and informative today with my vaccine. Thank you so much! She also made time for me to ask any other questions I had about the vaccine or otherwise.

I visited The nurse for a smear test this morning, this lady was extremely helpful and so positive and made the whole experience more relaxed with her warm personality and very reassuring manner with a fantastic ability to normalise any anxious feelings I was experiencing.

I visited today and saw the nurse for 2 vaccinations. She was friendly and welcoming. She explained everything thoroughly and put me at ease. She was very gentle and I felt reassured.

i was very nervous for my appointment as it was something I have being trying to avoid. the lady who did my appointment she was so lovely and reassured me during my appointment and made me feel very comfortable throughout

Received my cervical screening letter - rang up and able to easily book an appointment. My nurse was really nice and put me at ease during the smear and she gave me assurance that if results didn't come through, I could chase her. Nice bit of personal accountability. All in all, a good experience for something that isn't all that fun!
