The (new-to-me) doctor requested that I return for an appointment one week after original consultation. The care, consideration and concern expressed was second to none. I left feeling reassured and more confident - with a clear view of what to do next. Nothing was too much trouble. Heartfelt thanks..

I've waded through the new web site to try and find out how to get a repeat subscription without success. I was contacted by text to book an appointment for flu and covid booster which I was given for Friday 17/9 - as the day and date did not match I phoned for clarification only to be told I was not booked in. So I was given another date for 15/10. Since then I received further text from both the surgery and NHS to make an appointment for the jabs - either covid or flu, I have no idea. Anybody got a real reply?
